U.K. -v- Beaumont Hospital – Our client suffered complications following bilateral risk reduction mastectomy.
D.H. -v- Letterkenny Hospital (HSE) – Our client was diagnosed with cerebral palsy following complications during his birth. We achieved a multi-million euro interim settlement for our client.
T.M. -v- Beaumont Hospital – Our client suffered acute renal failure due to a surgical error involving prolonged use of irrigation fluid.
V.F. -v- Pharmaconex Limited & others – A prescription error led to our client suffering potassium overload and risk of kidney failure.
M.M. -v- Mater Misericordiae University Hospital & others – Case involved lower limb ischemia and resulted in seven figure settlement for our client.
